Comfort One Pet Grooming has been a wonderful experience for my 2 anxious dogs. Hiroko is extremely patient and kind with them. What used to be a horrific time with a groomer has turned into a very pleasant experience for them. The panic my smallest dog had being groomed is no longer there, and she even will take a treat from her hand which was unheard of before. Best of all she does a beautiful cut and they have never looked better.

After a discussion with my vet, I’ve made a habit of shaving my super long haired cat, Tybalt, once a year. Every summer, Tybalt looks forward to his lion shave from Hiroko. Though she grooms dogs more frequently, Hiroko always adapts easily to the needs of my large, skittish feline. The best part of the process is how communicative Hiroko is, and the way she regularly assesses Tybalt’s comfort with the process. It’s such a relief to have someone I trust grooming someone who is so precious to me. Moreover, it’s great to see a Tybalt active and energetic during those hot summer months.

Groomer Hiroko Joulie was very gentle with my senior dog and she took her time with him. She gave him breaks to walk around when he started to get to agitated. And she totally cleaned up after she was finished grooming.

Exceptional with all three of my Yorkies, Hiroko got to know each dog individually. She asked questions before she arrived about any conditions they had or likes and dislikes. Was very caring and slow with them so they all felt comfortable in her care. Always checked to make sure I was happy with the style of grooming she was doing and if anything needed to be changed or added. She certainly made three furfriends on her visit today and a new client.
